Paying For Services
Live Well Alliance accepts credit card payments over the phone or on our website. You will be invoiced for the sessions you receive on a monthly basis. You can mail in a check, pay online or call our billing company to make a payment over the phone. We do not accept cash or payments in our offices. Since we are contracted with several insurance providers, and accept EAP contracts as well, we make it easy to get the wellness services you and your family need.
